HTTP 404 at language switch and all sites, on fresh install

I installed WP, added wpglobus and nothing else. Language switch, sites and posts gives me 404 error.
httpd.conf has “AllowOverride All”
Permalinks are set to /%postname%/
Apache 2.4.9
PHP 5.5.12
WPGlobus 1.4.4
