Http 500 error slowing down my site

  • Hello,

    When I check my site on the various speed testing sites they all highlight the link below as being unavailable (and typically take an extra 2 -3 secs to tell me this) – http 500 error code

    https://www.it-technology.co.uk/wp-content/themes/meeta/

    However I can’t see how I can fix this – it isn’t a link and it is obviously available as the path to the rest of my css files etc. has the above path in it. It’s just this specific path.

    Any ideas ?

  • There is a broken img tag at the bottom, just before the text “Designed on a “. That text and the broken img tag are inside <p class="wpzoom">

    You are also not defining your doc type in a valid way. You can check out the Validator results here. At the bottom, you will find the HTML-Tidy version you can reference to fix it.
    You are also using the same ID of header for multiple HTML elements, which is incorrect since IDs can not be repeated.
