HTTP 500 error: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site
-
Hi!
I just moved my blog onto a new web host, it seemed everything worked perfectly. I wanted to create a new blogpost with images, but all of the images were broken. I noticed this is because of Jetpack’s photon option, so I removed the plugin and I tried to reinstall it. But something is no working fine, because I’m getting this message and I can’t connect Jetpack.
“Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://unniedolls.com [HTTP 500]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: https://jetpack.com/support/”I connected with my new web host “owner” and they tried to help me, but we couldn’t find the solution. I still can’t connect Jatpack.
What can I do to resolve this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe did I forgot to replace something (URLs, setting permissions, etc) before I moved my site?
Please, help me!ps.: my domain name is the same, but I had to replace some URLs
