http 500 error — When I Update/Save User profile

  • Whenever I try to update a user profile i get a “http 500 error” when i press save. I have conflict checked all the plugins, and the theme. I have also chatted with my host for several hours and performed the same troubleshooting tests with them and more. The log doesn’t return any errors, and the developer tools don’t show any errors.

    The issue only seems to be effecting this one function (updating/saving a UM profile page).

    Hi @piiggybank,

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
    Please double check the error.log file of your server and see if you have errors there.
    This error usually caused by some server settings.
    Do you have Cloudflare or server side caching active?

    Cloudflare.. no. hosting is webhostinghub.com

    No errors in the log.
