HTTP 50? error with relation to ActivityPub protocol

    Dear all, dear Matthias,

    after activating “Share to Bluesky”, I found my blog returning a HTTP 508 error as I’ve told you via Mastodon. From time to time this error returns even after uninstalling the Bluesky plugin. So, I was digging deeper into the logs. And I’ve found this at the time when this issue occurs:

    Can you please assist on this? What can I do to resolve the issue? My hosting provider (Alfahosting) told me that at the time of the HTTP 508 errors there is an unusual increase of CPU load. And as you can see, this seems to be related to ActivityPub only.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very, very much.

    Now that you have deactivated it, it is hard to debug your site ??

    Maybe we find a time, where you can re-activate it for some minutes, for me to test?!!?

    Hi @pfefferle, of course I can re-activate ActivityPub.

    JFYI: Since deactivating ActivityPub and Friends, no error 508 appeared. So, there must be an issue with one of the two.

    I’ve reactivated ActivityPub at around 1:20 PM CEST

    OK, ActivityPub is still running without causing any issue. The only difference is that the Friends Plugin is still deactivated. Ah, and Share On Bluesky is still uninstalled.
