Http API test failure

I am getting Http API test failure in my localhost, I followed your FAQ section but that did no solved my problem. I am using it from few months and before today, the last mail I have sent was on 15th Nov 2016, and it was working correctly, but now It is not working and I can not find a reason for that, so please help me solve it .
