HTTP ERROR

  • Hi there I keep getting a HTTP error when trying to upload files we need to get uploaded to our website is can someone PLEASE help me I looked into some you tube videos but it seems that the coding in our website is different from what I saw

    Can you quote the full error message?

    Also, check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message and see why it’s failing. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.

    Honestly all it says is HTTP ERROR. I am the receptionist there at Winton and Accent Homes and I have been figuring things out on my own mainly googling we no longer have our website developer. I just really cannot figure this one out does wordpress have a memory limit? i can send you what the coding is in the images.php and thank you for responding so quickly!!

    it is a pdf file i have tried converting and uploading but still gives us an error

    Try different computer and browser.

    Try contacting your hosting provider and ask them why you getting this error when uploading pdf?
