• Hello
Everytime, I try to update a post, page or add a new theme or delete an old plugin. My website throws out this error.
I am authorized to login to the website and I can do update to plugins and other smaller changes.

I don’t have a ModSecurity plugin on my site. Unfortunately, my backup is very old – otherwise I could have checked for strange directories.
I contacted my hosting providers in South Africa, but they are kind of pathetic. So if somebody can help me or provide any suggestions, it will be much appreciated.

mod_security is a module installed by your hosting provider at the server level.

You’ll need to contact them to fix this.
