HTTP ERROR 500

I just bought a pro-version of the plugin, but the pro-status does not appear in the admin panel. After installing the extensions the site died. Tech support deactivated plagin and extentions, this allowed me to enter the admin panel again and activate the purchased plugin. This was the last thing I could do with the site. I can not enter the admin panel or open the amp version of the site, all I see is error 500.
