Hi @nikputhu, thanks for reaching out!

Up to seven days after installation, Wordfence should be in Learning Mode – which should prevent any paths from being caught as false positives. However, if your site is not in Learning Mode right now, I would reenable it and try logging out again to see whether that solves the issue: https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/

That link also shows a way to manually check your Live Traffic page and allowlist a blocked action that way, which may also solve it if Learning Mode doesn’t.

I did take a look at your site, reload while inspecting the page, and did see a 500 error when clicking that link. Rather than a Wordfence-branded blocking page, it’s just a plain server error page so enabling error logging or looking at your server error logs may give a more detailed description of what exactly is happening if neither method above seems to work.

    Thanks,
    Peter.

    Hi Peter,

I have set it to Learning mode and logged out. It is still causing the same issue. I have checked the Live Traffic Page, the action. The page in question is green so I am assuming it allowed.

As per your suggestion I will check the error logs and get back to you

    Thanks @nikputhu,

That does sound like Wordfence hasn’t made a block attempting to access the page. Were you able to check logs and resolve the issue?

    Thanks again,
    Peter.

    Hi Peter,

No such luck. This is a recent issue. Never had this problem before
