    Hi there-
    My site does not like this plugin for some reason. I’ve activated it 3x, and 3x it has rendered my admin area unreachable. I’ve had to remove or rename the plugin via ftp each time. I am running a premium theme (extinct), but only have 5 or 6 other plugins installed, so I’m not sure what the issue could be. Any ideas on best way to troubleshoot?

    Hi,

    We managed to get a hold of the Extinct theme and it is a problem with the theme itself. They are using Option tree framework for theme settings. We are also using the Option Tree for settings. But it seems like their integration of option tree might be flawed. Option tree provides different methods for integration with theme or plugins. If it is not properly integrated then any other instance of option tree would cause conflicts.

    We have extensively tested our plugin with other themes and plugins that also use option tree and in all cases, it works fine.

    If the Option tree integration of the theme is flawed then it will cause similar conflict with any other plugin that also uses option tree. Best recourse would be to contact the theme developer and explain the situation.

    Wow, awesomely quick response AND answer for a free version of a plugin. Thanks so much for the follow up. I’d really like to try out your plugin, but I’ll have to address this issue with the theme author first. Cheers!
