Sorry to hear that. We are checking right away. Could you please confirm the PHP version on your server and if possible check the server error log and provide the error message related to the crash?

    Thanks

Thank you for your response as fast! My version are: PHP 7 et MySQL 5.5, And no I do not have access to the log to see the errors behind, sorry.

Thanks for getting back to us. We just double checked and do not see any issue with PHP 7 and the latest version. It would be tremendously helpful if the php error log could be found. You can find the error_log with FTP. If you do not have FTP access, you can install a File Manager plugin and look in the website root for error_log file with that.

In the meantime, you can download and install the previous version of Simple Link Directory from bottom of this page: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-link-directory/advanced/

We will keep looking for other possibilities in the meantime.

To let you know, a rollback update has been published until we figure out what is wrong. You can try installing that.

    Thanks

We ran through every possible scenario but could not duplicate the issue. So finally, we released the same update again in WordPress repository. We hope that it should be all fine.

I think it could have been something with the WordPress commit or file corruption. Please let us know if any issue is found.

    Thanks!

On my side not always not. Maybe because, my file is no longer wp-happy, I have it changed to blackhounds/

Sorry, not entirely clear. If you are still having issues, could you please email to [email protected] ?

my file is no longer /wp-content, sorry ^^

My apologies but still not clear.

You mean the plugin files were deleted? If so, you have to install the plugin again. But make sure you have a way to remove the plugin files with FTP just in case, the 500 error happens again.

It’s been two days since our last plugin update and there has not been any other report of server error. So, if there is a problem, it is, perhaps, something specific to your server.
