HTTP ERROR 500 – after plugin install

I just tried to add a plugin > https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/insert-post-ads/
The instructions were pretty easy (see here > https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-insert-ads-within-your-post-content-in-wordpress/)
No I can’t access the site. Getting “meine-ec-karte.de is currently unable to handle this request.
