HTTP Error 500 digistore24

    I am using wpforo on a WordPress Membership Site using digimember. It is connencted with a digistore24 account.
    When I make a test-buy in digistore24 for a product I get in digistore24 the message “HTTP Error 500 – the IPN call-up wasn`t succesful. The order do not reach digimember and so no login-data is created by digimember.
    If I deactivate wpforo everything works, but when I activate wpforo again the result described above happens every time.
    What can I do?

    I’m sorry but I have no chance to see what’s wrong on your website. I don’t know what is “digimember” and what is “digistore24”. wpForo works fine with shop plugins, for example it works great with WooCommerce on gVectors.com website, it creates a new user with Customer Usergroup without any issue.
    We can help, if you find error.log files and send the exact error messages. “HTTP Error 500” message is a general error, but it’s based on some PHP error. All PHP errors are being logged in server file system other tools. Please find all error logs related to wpForo and contact us via support[at]gvectors.com email address.
