HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error)

Hi all,

I was just editing my theme’s function.php file to enable post thumbnails when suddenly my site and dashboard became inaccessible. I am getting the following message:

Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving https://www.mytraguspiercing.com/wp-admin/theme-editor.php. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this web page later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfil the request.

Does anyone have any idea what went wrong? Was it my fault? Or do I just have to wait for the server to fix itself?
