HTTP error when trying to upload word doc

  • I need to update a downloadable word document my users use as an application file when uploading media just get HTTP error message. Tried changing where the original file is saved, name etc

    Is there any specific error message you see when this happens? Can you upload other file types? Have you checked your storage quota is not used up? Have you tried uploading from a different web browser or computer/device?
