HTTP Error when uploading images to Media Library

  • Hi there,
    I am having problems uploading images to my media library. I am aware that there are a number f other threads open on this issue, but I am a complete novice to webpage ‘stuff’ and I dont understand any of the suggestions that are being made in those threads … I have updated everything (plugins and themes and WordPress), tried different browsers, to no avail.
    Pleas could someone give a ‘dummies’ how to for this issue? Much appreciated ??
    I am using a Chromebook laptop (all software up to date)

  • Can you specify what the issue is? You just say you’re having problems. As much detail as you can.

    Hi there, yes apologies, so I try to up load an image to the media library and it goes to 100% then I just get a ‘HTTP Error’ and the image isnt available.
