https:// error when uploading jpg images

    the old classic last week it was one problem this week another, im sure ill be here again next with something else. this week’s problem occours when i upload an image the loading bar is fine until it gets to 995 when above it i get red bar https:// error, i don’t know why and the image loads as 0x0 size which is massive, any suggestion what maybe wrong or i can try?

    i have checked capacity, its fine
