HTTP Error when uploading photos to media library

  • Ever since I did the update I have not been able to upload photos (no matter the size or type) to my media library. I continually get an HTTP error. I contacted the support group for my theme and they directed me here. I have read through all of the other threads about this and have had no luck. Please help my site needs to launch ASAP and I need to get the photos up.
