Http error with media upload, frustrating.

  • As of today, I can’t upload any size media through the media section. I am beyond frustrated and have no idea where to even start trying to fix this.

    Any tips? Places to start? WHY it could be doing this all the sudden? I have only updated my backdraft + yoast plugins today.

  • Try checking disk space on the server.

    When you run out of space it gives you a very non-descript error message

    One of the first things I did. I have waaaaay more than enough space. I also deactivated the recently updated plugins, no resolution.

    Next would be to check file permissions on the /wp-content/uploads folder and sub-folders.

    Is it reporting any error messages
