http or https – problems with fresh installation

  • I have a wp test site that I am using for various tests of plugins or themes. Sometimes I delete everything on this site when I need a fresh canvas to create a new WP website.

    Today I deleted everything – also the database, and made a fresh installation.
    the standard front page is visible. However there is no login link to the dashboard on this new installation so I try to enter via /wp-login.php but I cannot get access.

    I have tried to delete and reinstall a 2. timme but still without success.

    I noticed that my site is only accessible from https:// but when I try to access login the address is change to https://

    Problem solved.
    I made a mistake
    I did a cope of the wp-config instead of making a new.

    PS. how do you report spammers like the one above, in this system?

    If you want to report a spammer, use “report this topic” in the sidebar. You can also alert a moderator by adding the modlook tag to a reply.
