This HTTP call fails twice when loading plugins.php, seemingly slowing the page load by ten seconds.

    Brian,

Do you have our myworks-qbo-sync-compatibility addon plugin installed on your site?

This is a separate addon plugin from this plugin you’re commenting on – if you’re able to open a ticket in your account with us, we’d be able to specifically assist you further. https://support.myworks.software

We’ve also relayed this to our dev team for further investigation.

Thanks. It would be great if it were possible to open support tickets there without an account, e.g. paste in the licence key to verify.

I’ll ask my colleague to log in and see is there an update available (we’re on 1.4), since I figure it’s never going to see an update from inside WordPress.

    Brian,

Agreed – you can actually ask your colleague to add you as a contact to your existing account with us – and you’d be able to open tickets using your login/email.

It looks like you’re using our myworks-qbo-sync-compatibility addon plugin – and we do have an updated version of that plugin that we can share with you via ticket in your account to help resolve this.
