http to https

after using Safe Redirect manager, I am not able to access my website with http. when I type in https://bgsagency.com on the IIS7 webserver, I can see that it is being redirected to https://bgsagency.com… but when I attempt to access https://bgsagency.com externally or on another pc on the network I am getting page not found. I have my IIS7 bindings included. Not sure if Safe Redirection manager can be used to point https://bgsagency.com to https://bgsagency.com
