HTTP to HTTPS

    Greetings.

    I just want to ask a basic question. With the release of WordPress 5.7 a great feature is introduced. Migration from HTTP to HTTPS in single click.
    My question is if a WordPress website doesn’t have an SSL certificate installed, will migration HTTPS from Site Health tool will be helpful? Or we still need an SSL certificate separately.
    After migration to HTTPS with Site Health tool, will it show a padlock in address bar without SSL certificate?
    After migration to HTTPS with SITE Health tool what would be significance of any security plugin like Sucuri?
