http url link in admin prevents page from loading

I’m trying to see what’s new in version 3.77, but the admin page doesn’t load in Chrome.
I see an error referencing https://feeds2.feedburner.com/Viadat?format=sigpro
if it were updated to https://feeds2.feedburner.com/Viadat?format=sigpro I think it would work better.
Can we get that change please?
