HTTP500 on live mode but not test

    Please help – I have looked through the other posts but can’t find an answer even though others have the same problem.

    The plugin works beautifully in test mode … but with live mode I get a callback error email from WorldPay

    I have uploaded the C & Y files, then copied into production (and waited several days, not just the 6 hours ?? )

    I have copied the test settings to production as well

    What am I missing? I must have forgotten to do something, but for the life of me I can’t figure it out

    My theme uses CherryFramework if that makes any difference – but given that it works perfectly in test mode, I’m pretty sure that the theme is OK

    Hi there

    I’m still having problems and WorldPay are denying everything ??

    What is the payment response url please? That way I can look at the code of my theme and see if the error is obvious

    I’ve fixed the issue!

    OK, the problem is that the callback page is https and WorldPay gets upset

    If you change the payment response url from <wpdisplay item=CM_payment_response_url> and put in https://www.WEBSITENAMEk/wc-api/MDS_Worldpay_Gateway/ then it works

    NOTE: it is HTTP and not HTTPS … it’s taken me weeks to work this out, but it does now work beautifully
