    Hi @mohamedaladdin,

    this looks like an issue with the import file (maybe server-related). Please contact the support of the MyDecor theme, since they are the owners of that import file. Our plugin just uses the import files the theme authors provide and it looks like the import file has some issues in your case.

    I’m sorry we can’t be of more help, but theme support should be able to help you out.
