https://fineartz.info/ – Ripping Peoples Blogs

  • Hi all,

    I don’t know if this has been seen before but I’ve found a fake blog that is ripping thousands of posts off other peoples blogs (including mine) what looks like for adsense revenue. What do you think?

    No, not copyrighted. Funny though, the site has gone now!

    I reached the site at 2PM EST on Monday, October 1.

    It sounds friendly and well-intentioned enough: “(Blogger) wrote an interesting post today…Here’s a quick excerpt…Read more of this great post at (link)…” But the subject matter varies too widely for me to believe that Fineartz is out to encourage well-roundedness, and the blank space after the “interesting post on” suggests that it’s being mechanically generated. Most suspicious of all, nothing else on the site seem to be functional. Unless Fineartz is getting permission to link to these posts, it DEFINITELY has an ulterior motive.
