I found a solution in this forum: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/https-youtube-links?replies=4#post-6497804

All I need — just change one url address in shortcodes.php (shortcodes-ultimate/inc/core/) from https://www.youtube.com to //www.youtube.com.

Many thanks to John aka jdonna

    Hi dnkiryanov,

I don’t know if this helps, but I have experienced a similar issue on SSL. After installing WordPress HTTPS plugin, the issue was resolved. The load speed of the page containing the unsecure component is impacted, but this may be acceptable for you.

PS experienced the issue in both Firefox and Chrome.

You are absolutely right, but I don’t need now any other plugin on my WP blog for correct HTTPS work. I changed all old links in my blog to https with one-time using Velvet Blues Update URLs and the last problem was mixed video content. It was shorcodes-ultimate plugin mistake, but I fixed it successfully with jdonna advice. I really don’t like using a lot of plugins.

    Many thanks for response
