    Maybe I’ve not fully tested it. If you search something with the search box on the page, you’ll get “429 Too Many Requests”, and you cannot open it anymore.

    That search example works fine for me. I then did several searches of my own with no problem. Are you using a proxy/vpn service?

    There’s a ShadowSocks on each of my machine(Windows10, Linux Mint 19.1).
    However, I still get this problem even if I don’t use it.

    If you’re getting the 429 error while using a web browser, I have no explanation. If you’re receiving the 429 error programmatically, then my guess is that the server is doing it’s job and rate limiting you.

    Not programmatically, just via a browser FireFox, Edge or IE, all doesn’t work.

    I’ve no trouble either, using FF and Chromium on a Linux box, though it shouldn’t make any difference. Would you be able to try access through a different device and/or different Internet connection? It could rule out some strange security measures that might be in place through your usual access route.
