    link https://doi.org/10.1037/h0043158 reports good in the local version but error 21 in the cloud version.

    First saw the error in the cloud version.
    I clicked the link and link worked.
    I reran a full scan and still got the error 21.
    switched to the local version and no bad links

    Hello @rweil55,

    “Error 21 – Internal Request Error” means that the scan of the link could not be completed:

    If the same link is not reported as broken by the local BLC version, then most likely the cloud version gets blocked due to the firewall settings of the destination site.

    Since that’s a response from the external domain, unfortunately it can’t be fixed directly within the plugin, I’m afraid. In this case you can use “Ignore Link” option, in order to mark it as false positive, so that it doesn’t appear as broken after the future scans.
