HTTPs enforce error

Hi

I’ve been using SG optimizer for a while but had to disable the plugin and now can’t re-enable the Https enforce as it says I need to install a valid SSL. It shows as installed on my Site Tools panel so not sure what this could be. I have disabled all plugins to see if a plugin conflict could be the issue, but it still doesn’t work.
