HTTPS error

    My website seems to have problem with HTTPS. It cannot be opened when redirected to HTTPS. I have to manually open using HTTP address. Any idea what seems to be the problem?

  • @trioprinting It’s really hard to guess what could be wrong without access to your website. I would recommend you download Really Simple SSL plugin which solves any issues you have with SSL. If that does not fix the issue, please send us a message from within the plugin (click on contact us) and we will help you fix the issue.

    Okay the problem has been fixed. My SSL certificate were not connected to my domain. Now everything’s back to normal
