HTTPS for Placeholder Image

Howdy!

The image used for a placeholder is being served as http and not https by default. If someone were to use the plugin and not add a featured image, like I did on accident, the default image is served from https://placeholder.cc/blahblahblah, and this is not suitable for sites that are https.

Would you please amend this so that errors do not pop up with the certificate?
