Url for background pattern in header and footer is saved in the configuration database as http. When the site is accessed through https, the background patterns attempt to load as http which makes modern browsers display a broken image picture.

Changing these links to relative would fix the problem.

I can do it by manually changing the entry in the database, but every time I save the config again it reverts to forcing http.
