    G’day Joachim,

I was able to login eventually, but it’s very slow in Chrome. In fact, I have to attempt a page visit, wait a while, stop the browser, clear the cache, then try again before I get success. No SSL errors seen. Then I try in Firefox, and can’t get anything at all — just endlessly waiting for the page to load (i.e. still waiting to login).

This is probably something you should take up with your website host, because there seems to be a problem serving pages — that, or it just doesn’t like serving pages to Australians ??

    cheers
    Ross

    G’day Joachim,

I generally allocate min. 128MB RAM to WordPress, 256MB on a site with heavy plugins and lots of pages and editors loading large images. It should be able to get by nicely on 64MB however. But talk to your web host and find out why the site is slow.

    cheers,
    Ross
