    Hello there.
Before I start, let me say: very nice plugin!!! I loved it.

I am running wp multisite with wildcard certificate. Once I installed this plugin, all my admin pages became super slow..At first I tought it was my host, but upon deactivation of this plugin, things went back to normal speed.
Can you please help me figure out this issue? Will this plugin be able to work with woocommerce in a multisite environment with wildcard?

    Thanks fo much!
    Best Regards

    Davys

  • Hi there!
I was about to open a ticket with the same problem, glad I saw this.
We’ve been using this plugin for almost a year. Sometime over the last few months, probably in one of the updates, our entire site became really, really slow. WP Admin AND front-end.
Installed WordPress Debug Bar plugin to determine the cause of the slowness – https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/debug-bar/
And deactivated all plugins and started re-activating them. Found a really big performance issue with the HTTPS plugin.
    Here’s what I found – https://www.screencast.com/t/qIm9u6W4P2qs
1.) LEFT side: with HTTPS plugin enabled, our homepage takes 444 queries
2.) RIGHT side: with HTTPS plugin DISABLED, the homepage only takes 56 queriee
Running this plugin on a multisite with over 500 sites, but it’s only active on ONE of the sites, the primary site.
It is NOT network activated. Yet for some reason it shows up in the wp admin menu in network admin as well which is strange.
Also seeing the following PHP errors – https://www.screencast.com/t/bWRgXsyBtI7J

    Hello Dan & Jeniffer.

Thanks so much for sharing this with me… Here is what I did.
I was also having some problems with infinity loops when logged in.
So I re-installed everything fresh including wp multisite..The slow is not as bad as it was before, but now, when I have the force https checked and create a page, I get an error 310 too many redirects for as long as I am logged in…
I contacted the plugin maker and here and also via his personal site.
No luck ether way…I already spent over 10 hours trying to troubleshoot this thing. I think I will have to hire a programmer to get this done.
I am also losing the css when I use the checkout page on every single site using woocommerce.

Maybe wen can share some experiences and help each other out?
I will be starting to look for wp expert to get this fixed.

    Let me know your thoughts?

    Thanks

    Best Regards

I’m pretty sure all the queries are from checking links to see if they should be secure or not. I don’t have a big installation to test it on, but if you’d like, try commenting out this line and see what the difference is in run time. I’d really appreciate it.

    Hello Mike…
I appreciate your support here.. I really do.
It also looks like thread above about having error 310 too many redirects when I create a page . I get this error for as long as I stay logged in.
    Any ideas?
Can you take a look at my install for me? I don`t mind paying for your time at all.

    thanks

Yep, I was about to email you. Go ahead and send me FTP or SSH credentials and I’ll take a peak. I’m pretty sure the issue is with your hosting environment, but I’ll be able to verify when I can take a look.

What email should I send it to?
    Thanks so much.
