https redirect ads ~a4178566 after the root domain?

Running WordPress 3.6, GoDaddy is the host — not sure if either of those are the culprit – because I’ve used this plugin on other sites without seeing anything like this.
So if you go to
https://www.bandofheathens.com/store/coffee-with-ed-or-gordy-via-skype-or-over-the-phone/
Then it works fine
but try:
https://www.bandofheathens.com/store/coffee-with-ed-or-gordy-via-skype-or-over-the-phone/
And instead of redirecting to the same URL at the https:// — it does instead to :
https://www.bandofheathens.com/~a4178566/store/coffee-with-ed-or-gordy-via-skype-or-over-the-phone/
What could be causing this?
