httpS redirect broken

The topic submitted by masspamak a year ago is closed, yet the issue is not resolved.
When I put the redirect ‘https://transmissible.eu’ in the BuddyPress Members Only line, there is an error and results in a 404 page not found, because it omits the colon (“:”) in the line, which then results in “https//transmissible.eu”
Could someone please respond to this?
