My webmaster has installed the plug in on my web https://www.somosarmonia.com but it does not show up in most Pcs nor tablets nor mobiles. Prior to launching web deleted browser history but NOK. Tried it out in Mozilla, IE, chrome, no go. It only works on websmasters PC that have no antivirus installed. Can you please look into it? Thank you for your support!
