    i am new to wordpress
    i am using twenty ten theme ver 3.0.3
    i want to twenty ten theme customization -first side bar (or) primary widgets area:

    my header menu:
    * Home
    * About us
    * Job Portal
    * Exporters of Herbs
    ———

    side bar:

    About us (i want to change “About us” to “Pages” )

    * Home
    * About us
    * Job Portal
    * Exporters of Herbs

    My worldbuz (i want to delete this heading and below items here)

    * Home
    * About us
    * Job Portal
    * Exporters of Herbs

    please suggest

  • Don’t edit the Twenty Ten theme! Your changes will be over-written the next time you upgrade WordPress or the theme. For this reason, it is recommended that you consider creating a child theme for your customisations.

    dear esmi,
    thank you for your idea, it is good, but i am not programmer, so it seems difficult, can you please create child theme for me for only 2 small changes. also my twenty ten theme ver 3.0.3 automatic update for 3.0.4 failed many time.
