  • Hi Trishak

Unfortunately, when I view the page you linked to, there is neither a form nor an error (404 or any other error).

The first thing I would check is the HubSpot Embed Code is correct (did you copy it from the HubSpot Forms module?) and is the HubSpot Form is published?

Sorry if that’s like the support desk asking if your computer is plugged in and turned on.

Next thing to check for, when you paste the embed code, is the WordPress Editor. You need to be in “Text” mode not “Visual” mode. To change this click the tab (that toggles between Visual and text) above the editor window (right hand side). The reason is that the Visual editor will convert the code into “safe” code and break the embed code.

If this doesn’t help feel free to get in touch with me directly.

Yes, sorry I had to take the embedded form down as it was not working and that is how our website visitors request quotes.

I should have been more clear. I did copy the embed code from Hubspot and I did paste into the Test mode. It is published.

If you go now I will leave it as is. No error code now just have to refresh page to get to form. That is not good.

Ok, I will jump in now and have a look…
