HubSpot form not working within Divi popup

  • I have created a HubSpot form and copied the form script in a Divi section and enabled the popup.

    The form is not working in the Divi popup.

    Can you please help me out?

    I would suggest you to check the version of the plugin, the outdated versions have bugs which are addressed in the latest version (3.0.11). In-case the problem exists, please share the hubspot script that you are using along with your website URL.

    I checked the version of the plugin. You have written that the latest version is “3.0.11.” but in my case, it is showing “Version 3.0.3” and there is no update available right now.

    Thanks for reporting that issue! This week, we’ve received numerous reports of that update issue already. We’ll check and fix this asap.

    Meanwhile, you can manually update the plugin by downloading the latest zip archive at divimode.com/account and uploading that zip file via the “wp-admin | Plugins | Add New” page. You do not need to uninstall the current plugin, but directly upload the new version. You will not lose any data during that manual update.

    Of course, if you can wait a few days, you can also update the plugin once we’ve addressed the issue with our update server.
