Hubspot Plugin not working

    Hi all! I have a WordPress website with theme Avada, which also offers Bundled, Premium & Recommended Plugins. This also includes the Plugin of Hubspot and an integration with their contact form maker. I have two problems which I will sum underneath:

    1: I downloaded the Hubspot plugin but it is not opening. Also next to the Hubspot name at the left menu bar on WordPress I see a red/orange round with a white !. That, I suppose, means that I need to open Hubspot to do the setup, but if I click on it I just get a white screen. I also use the Hubspot Plugin on a different website I made, also with Avada, and there it works perfectly. Could you please help to solve this problem?

    2: I have added Hubspot to Avada with the Oauth autentication and then added Hubspot to the contact form, as you can see in the added screenshot link underneath. I thought it would then be linked and if I fill in the contact form the information will be added to the Hubspot database. I filled in the contact form but the contact information is not added to the Hubspot database. So I would like to get support in why the data is not added to Hubspot. All the Hubspot Actions are set to Automatic Property.

    1:
    This normally happens when you have a Adblocker present, or if you are using Firefox due to their total cookie protection. For better diagnose on this problem I would need a HAR file to be sent to [email protected] with the navigation you are performing until you reach the blank page

    2: Do you know if this use a Oauth token or API key? Lets first try to resolve point 1

    Hi Harthur90,

    Did sent the email with the HAR file, hopefully I did record it in the correct way. And I added it as Oauth token through my Avada theme.

    Hi Harthur90, Yes I did try it via incognito mode and now it works. The only thing is that I filled in our contact form, which is linked with Hubspot, but the contact information is not added to Hubspot. Do you maybe know why?

    https://www.ongresso-energy.com and also on some other pages. And which I showed on this link (https://gyazo.com/92d55950aacc2ca621e093fbbe083a28) that it says automatic property is ok right? And is it ok for all those properties? Also the last two questions at the properties.

    We don’t provide support for the 3rd party plugin you shared on your screenshot.

    What I can help you with is that to collect submission you need to have Non-hubspot forms enabled. Here is a link on how to do so https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/use-non-hubspot-forms

    Also I noticed that on your website you are caching the hubspot script which can lead to some errors
