    When I turn off the sidebar in astra my product page completely loses its padding above the product. I don’t understand why Astra theme would have such a glaring problem like this one. I have already tested it out on many different websites. They all have the same issue!

    When disabling the sidebar in astra, my single product page loses all padding/margin on the header(under nav menu/above page). Only the single-product page has this issue. All other pages have proper padding.

    I am shocked by the huge glitches in Astra.

  • Hi @ofihsdfoi,

    I try the same scenario on my end but it’s working fine. Check out this screenshot, please.

    Is there any specific step to replicate this? Just in case I missed it.

    In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, please add the following CSS code in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

    .ast-plain-container.ast-no-sidebar #primary {
        margin-top: 4em;
        margin-bottom: 4em;
    }

    Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hello @bsfherman ,

    The code you provided works well. I really appreciate the help because this issue was bugging me off.

    I have replicated the issue on the live link(so you can take a look). Please check the live link to see the true replicated issue.

    The only thing I did was install astra theme, install woocommerce, and disable sidebar. Then I get this issue. I tested this with more than 2 websites. (please let me know if you want login credentials)

    I have another problem I will make a post about regarding the page title feature using the product image instead of the set image. (also a very aggravating issue with astra)

    Hi @ofihsdfoi,

    I did the same as you and still not able to replicate it on my end.

    Anyway, I have forwarded this to our team to check further and if we find anything that needs to be fixed, we will surely fix it and include the patch in the future update. In the meantime, please use the CSS code I provided previously as a temporary solution.

    Apart from that, please don’t ever share your site login in this forum, even if the site is just a testing/staging site. It’s not safe and is not allowed by the forum guidelines.

    We will never ask for the site login in this forum. If we think we need to take a look further at the site, we will ask to open a ticket thru our Support Portal instead, where the users can safely share their site credential.

    Regarding your other problem, please create a new topic rather than use this thread. It will make everything easier.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    I have the same problem. New Astra install, once the sidebar is turned off on the product pages, Astra applies the class: .ast-plain-container.ast-no-sidebar #primary

    I setup a different site and imported one of the Astra starter demos – replicated all the settings and the demo works perfectly. It does NOT apply the class: .ast-plain-container.ast-no-sidebar #primary, therefore it keeps the default padding.

    @bsfherman Did you do a clean install? It looks like your screenshot is from one of the demos.

    Hi @netnothing,

    While the problem may look the same, it may turn out to be different root causes. Could you please start your own thread? You’re more than welcome to cross-link to this one so that we’re aware of both.

    Please don’t forget to share your live site URL too.

    Thanks,
    Herman ??

    Hey guys,

    Just wondering if there is any update on the solution, apart from CSS code?
    I have the same problem, and also opened a thread, but under manual reviews.

    Those CSS code mentioned by @bsfherman also add the 4em space on the top bar, if u do full cover no sidebar homepage design.

    check this – https://imgur.com/vg0rulR

    Hope someone can update this with new solution, and thanks a lot
