Huge boxes and input fields

It’s WordPress ! …. couldn’t be doing with some insignificant, hidden-in-the-corner login could we ?

Yeah, they’re kind of big, but I wouldn’t call it HUGE. Looks bigger in MS IE than in Firefox.

They really don’t need to be that big.

There is one thing for certain: I’ll never miss clicking on the button.

They are okay for me. So I don’t have to put my face against my LCD screen.

But seriously, why are they that big?? Even when you go to type in them the fonts are huge.

The Admin section at the back isn’t as bad, although the buttons there are still pretty big.

Also the quicklinks or whatever when you post, they don’t show up in Safari on the Mac…..

?? Not a huge biggy, but still a pain sometimes.

I like pressing the uber button. Makes me feel like I did something important–almost world changing.

But does no one else feel they are WAY to huge….

It’s the only thing left that I want to change, other than that, I like wordpress, well done.

I think they should be bigger.

I don’t think it’s a CSS thing, at least not in the theme side of it, where could I change the size of the buttons? It’s really irritating.

wp-admin.css in your wp-admin dir. You can basically customise to your heart’s content and make it look however you want. I made mine so big they require two screens: 1 for the login in button and another for the login text area. Love it.
