We have auto-confirmation emails set to go out once someone registers. All works fine unless you register with a Gmail account, then you dont get the email. This is obviously a massive issue. Ive opened a ticket (im using pro version) but getting no replies so forced to post on here.

Anyone come across similar issues? Also the plugin seems to be using massive resources on the server and crashing our site a lot.

    Hi @johnegg,

We cannot answer here because you have not provided enough details. There are lots of users using this core feature of MEC without any problems. We have also conducted our own examinations and found no issue. Please follow up with the ticket and we will work to fix your issues.

Thanks but I switched to using Gravity Forms for our booking form to solve this. I don’t know how much more info you need? It simply wasn’t delivering emails to anyone who booked using a Gmail account.

The event plugin is good, but your booking module has bugs.
