    Hello,
    Huge bug in canonical in the latest version of AIOSEO in homepage of multisite. (See the attached link) .

    If it’s not the main domain and if the homepage is not the frontpage (but the latests posts), canonical in homepage link to the main domain, on beside domain.

    I have tried with +10 websites with different template

    Please solve it quickly

    Hey @gothamdev,

    We’re aware of this bug and have fixed it in the 4.2.1.1 update. This update will be released later this week.

    Thanks for your quick reply
    But why do you not release your fix already now if you have find the issue? This is a very critical issue in SEO (wrong canonical in homepage !!!)

    We do understand the impact of this bug and how frustrating it is.

    Releasing plugin updates is a rather time-consuming process and involves multiple people on our team, which is why we cannot issue an update for every bug we fix. So instead we bundle multiple improvements and bug fixes into a single release.

    However, if the next release is still a while away (not the case now since we’re releasing it in a few hours), then we’re always happy to create and send a beta build to you.
