Huge database because of plugin?

  • I have been using “minipost” plugins for more than two years. I upgraded it with MiniPost2 version that is described here.

    I think I have a problem with this plugin, because it results in a 46 Mo database. ?? And it appears that the b2postmeta table is 30 Mo !! When I have a look, I see thousands (414 862 to be precise) of _mini_post (meta_key) set to 0.

    I could not find similar bug in other bloggers using the same plugin. Could it be just me?

    What can I do to fix this? Should I shoot my plugin? (I really like it!!).
