• Hello, I am having an issue with browser events x server events counts.
This difference is HUGE in add to carts. In other events it is smoother but it is still a difference.

I have the plugin installed and conversion app key through the app too.
I do not use any other pixel plugin for FB.

For the cache plugin I use Litespeed

ADD TO CART – last 7 days

    Total browser events received
    3
    Total server events received
    48

ADD TO CART – last 28 days
    Total browser events received
    11
    Total server events received
    107

Initiate checkout – last 7 days

    Total browser events received
    2
    Total server events received
    6

    How can I solve this?
Why is the conversion app gone crazy?

Total server events are the reality.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Why do you think there is a problem?

Server events will be processed if the browser events was blocked for some reason. So it’s normal to have differences.

Server events do not make sense.
I have google analytics too and through that, I can see that’s a issue here.
    For instance,

ADD TO CART – last 7 days

    Total browser events received
    3
    Total server events received
    48`

    Google also says I had 3 – NOT 48 add to carts…

    That makes my pixel crazy…

    Thanks for the quick response

It’s also possible that the reason browser events were blocked applies to Google’s tag too. Like an ad blocker used by someone who added a lot of products into the card.

    Ok.
I did some add-to-carts to test some settings as admin.
My settings are set up to do not count admin events.
That setting works for both browser events and server events,
    or just for browser events?

That option works for both browser and server.

You have very small numbers, so no conclusion is possible. A single or a couple of users can produce such differences.

    Thanks.
So overall you believe there is no issue and I should leave it as it is?
I am afraid it impacts negatively my pixel…

I understand what you mean but for instance here:
    Total browser events received
    11
    Total server events received
    107

    It is 10x more…
For me, it looks huge discrepancy…
    but you are the expert.
If you tell me it’s alright ill leave it.
